Cyber Infrastructure Engineer
Job Description
Salary: £41,000 - 81,000 per year
Requirements:- We welcome technical candidates with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including mentoring other technical resources.
- We ideally look for a technical educational background or experience as a Network, Cloud, OT, or SOC Engineer, or in a similar role.
- We look for basic knowledge of computer networking protocols, LAN and WAN, cybersecurity principles, and the OSI reference model.
- We look for an entry-level understanding of network and cloud architecture design, configurations, principles, and best practices.
- We look for basic familiarity with OT network principles and practices based on the Purdue model.
- We value foundational knowledge and/or certifications with industry-standard vendors such as AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, or Palo Alto Networks.
- Fluency in additional European languages is desirable but not essential.
- We deploy, integrate, and optimize Darktrace to the highest standards to provide industry-leading, AI-powered cybersecurity protection.
- We assist customers with deploying Darktrace technology across network, cloud, OT, and email environments.
- We lead and act as trusted advisors to key customers in their security infrastructure design and planning.
- We complete deployment projects on or before expected Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
- We integrate new systems into existing network architecture.
- We manage customer support tickets to assist with technical issues.
- We proactively engage with customers to help maintain a healthy deployment.
- We maintain and enhance communication between go-to-market teams, including sales, customer success, and operations.
