Data Scientist, GenAI

Salary: £45,000 - 85,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience building Generative AI solutions, including prompt engineering, designing and building RAG frameworks, validation pipelines, and observability and monitoring solutions.
• Experience in a traditional data science role, preferably in Python, working in an agile, production-oriented environment and handling defect triage, root cause analysis, and fixes.
• Preferred experience on the Palantir platform or evidence of certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively within and across teams.
• Highly technical and hands-on team member.

Responsibilities:

• Develop delivery of data science and generative AI solutions in line with business requirements.
• Monitor solutions in production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and business leaders.
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure LLM efficacy and ground truth dataset quality.
• Help guide the product development roadmap.
