SailPoint Engineer
Job Description
Salary: £45,000 - 85,000 per year
Requirements:- We require a bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- We require 7+ years of IT experience designing, developing, and supporting IGA solutions, including 5+ years focused on IAM solutions, specifically SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- We require experience developing and configuring common SailPoint connectors, including Active Directory, Azure AD, JDBC, Exchange, mainframe, web services, and authoritative source integrations such as Workday and Fieldglass.
- We require familiarity with role-based access controls and automated provisioning and deprovisioning.
- We require familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile development methodologies.
- We require excellent verbal communication, decision-making, and customer service skills.
- We require the ability to work in a team environment, adapt quickly to change, and learn new applications or environments.
- We require strong organization skills and the ability to maintain quality work while meeting deadlines.
- We require extreme attention to detail due to audit and regulatory requirements.
- We require expertise in Java programming and experience developing and integrating Java-based applications.
- We require proven experience in integration testing and ensuring seamless integration of IAM solutions with various systems and applications.
- We require a valid SailPoint IdentityIQ certification, such as SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer.
- We require proficiency in IAM concepts, including identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, RBAC, and entitlement management.
- We require experience with identity protocols and standards such as SAML, OAuth, LDAP, and SCIM.
- We require strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- We require excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- We require a proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- We design, configure, and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to meet our IAM requirements.
- We collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather IAM requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- We develop and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows, rules, connectors, and other components to support identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and compliance.
- We integrate SailPoint IdentityIQ with systems and applications, including Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, and business applications.
- We implement and maintain access control policies and entitlement management within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- We collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of IAM solutions with Java-based applications.
- We conduct integration testing to verify the functionality, performance, and security of IAM solutions.
- We stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in IAM and contribute to continuous improvement of IAM processes and technologies.
- We play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our enterprise IAM infrastructure.
- We secure and efficiently manage user identities and access privileges throughout the identity lifecycle.
