Salesforce Developer

Salary: £65,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven Salesforce development experience, including Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Strong technical capability in Apex development, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and process automation.
• A solid understanding of the Salesforce security model, including permission sets, sharing rules, roles, and profiles.
• Experience of CI/CD tools, deployment processes, and end-to-end Salesforce project delivery.
• The ability to collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, communicate technical information clearly, and contribute proactively within scrum teams.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications would be preferred.
• Experience with Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud would be beneficial but is not essential.

Responsibilities:

• Translate user stories into functional, scalable Salesforce solutions in line with Salesforce best practice.
• Develop, integrate, test, and maintain features across Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and the Contact Centre platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape technical design, requirements, limitations, and implementation plans.
• Carry out unit, integration, and performance testing, investigating and resolving issues identified during testing.
• Support day-to-day Salesforce operations, including user access, security, custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, Apex, and integrations.
