Ada Software Engineer

Salary: £60,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements:

• Commercial experience developing software using Ada and SPARK.
• Strong understanding of the safety-critical software development lifecycle.
• Experience across requirements, development and/or test.
• Exposure to safety-critical or highly regulated environments.
• Knowledge of standards such as IEC 61508, EN 50128, ISO 26262, DEF STAN 00-55 or DO-178.
• A methodical approach to problem-solving and software quality.
• UK working rights and the ability to obtain BPSS security clearance.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Support requirements, design, development, integration, verification and validation activities.
• Work alongside software, systems and test engineers.
• Develop high-integrity software for safety-critical applications.
