Technical Customer Enablement Manager (AI & Cyber Security)

Salary: £95,000 - 95,000 per year

Requirements:

• Commercial experience in technical customer success or enablement within a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven ability to create video tutorials, webinars, support documentation, interactive templates, and engaging technical social media content
• Solid understanding of security operations
• Comfort with APIs, LLMs, and frontend code such as JavaScript or React
• Proven understanding and experience of cyber security fundamentals and how security teams work
• Ability to collaborate across sales, product, and success

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage a comprehensive library of enablement resources including video tutorials, webinars, interactive guides, and social assets
• Deliver structured onboarding programmes from first login to advanced API use cases with clear success metrics
• Maintain a robust knowledge base and in-app templates to showcase platform potential and reduce support load
• Run high-impact training sessions and feed customer insights directly to our CTO to help shape the product roadmap
• Work at the intersection of product, success, and sales to build the enablement engine for enterprise customers
