1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer - Ipswich

Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Office apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel)
• Experience with Windows OS installation and software configuration
• Familiarity with troubleshooting tools such as Event Viewer and Command Prompt
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality remote IT support to a diverse client base
• Manage incoming queries and troubleshoot technical issues
• Take full ownership of tickets through to resolution using industry-standard PSA and RMM tools
• Deliver efficient and professional remote IT support
• Manage and resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs
• Configure and maintain Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange, SharePoint, Azure AD, and Endpoint Manager
• Install and configure Windows 11 and mobile devices
• Troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues, including email and client configuration
• Maintain accurate documentation of work carried out
• Promote and adhere to cyber security best practices
