Salary: £7,200 - 82,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Strong commercial experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development (5+ years)
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Commercial experience with Azure cloud technologies
  • 5+ years development experience using C#, .NET / ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, HTML & CSS, and SQL Server
  • Experience building APIs and system integrations
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies
  • Knowledge of source control and DevOps tooling
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience across one or more of the following: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are desirable
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications are desirable
  • Azure certifications are desirable
  • Experience with containerisation and modern DevOps practices is desirable
  • Exposure to enterprise-scale CRM implementations is desirable
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
  • Build custom plugins, workflows, business processes, and integrations
  • Configure and extend Dynamics 365 modules to meet business requirements
  • Develop and maintain integrations with internal and third-party systems
  • Create and optimise data management and reporting solutions
  • Leverage Azure services including Functions, App Services, and SQL technologies
  • Develop solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Support cloud-based application deployments and infrastructure
  • Contribute to architecture discussions and technology roadmaps
  • Build and maintain web applications and APIs
  • Develop RESTful services and integration layers
  • Work with modern development methodologies and CI/CD processes
  • Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and high-performing
  • Provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers
  • Conduct code reviews and promote development best practice
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the engineering team
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and technical leadership
  • Report into the VP of Engineering

We are a well-established organisation investing significantly in our digital platforms and customer systems. We are looking for an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to help evolve our Microsoft ecosystem in a hands-on senior role, with scope to shape technical architecture and support other developers. We are open to speaking with interim or contract candidates who may be interested in a temp-to-perm arrangement. The role is based in South Wales, specifically Bridgend, on a hybrid basis with three days per week onsite. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including free onsite parking, a modern newly refurbished office space, private medical cover, life assurance, and a cycle to work scheme, along with holiday allowance starting at 26 days per year and rising to 30 with service.
