Full Stack Developer

Salary: £50,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• Around 3+ years of commercial software engineering experience
• Good experience with .NET backend development
• Exposure to PHP, React, and TypeScript
• Interest in product engineering rather than ticket-factory delivery
• Strong focus on code quality, collaboration, and improving systems properly
• Curiosity about AI-assisted development and modern engineering tooling

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the modern platform built with .NET Core and React/TypeScript
• Support and gradually modernise parts of the existing PHP estate
• Work within a cross-functional UK product squad alongside a Tech Lead, Senior Engineer, QA, Product Manager, and UX Designer
• Help build internal engineering capability as we bring development in-house
• Participate in ongoing technology transformation and help raise engineering standards
• Deliver product-focused engineering work with meaningful ownership

This is a permanent full stack developer role based in Manchester with hybrid working, requiring 3 days onsite.
