Service Transition / Service Designer

Salary: £137,500 - 150,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are based in the North West and require three days on site per week; this is not negotiable.
• We are seeking someone available to work on an umbrella engagement with a day rate plus bonus based on deliverables.
• We need experience across multiple programmes, with significant involvement in Service Transition, Service Introduction, Service Design, and Service Improvement.
• We are looking for experience on large programmes across multiple sites and business units within large, complex, fast-moving organisations.
• We require ITIL accreditation.
• We need excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• We will be working across multiple programmes within a very busy roadmap over the next few years.
• We expect the successful person to support Service Transition, Service Introduction, Service Design, and Service Improvement activities.
• We need support for large-scale programmes spanning multiple sites and business units.
