Global Compensation Director

<p><strong>About the role</strong></p> <p>The Director of Global Compensation is responsible for leading the strategy, design, and governance of compensation across Inizio. This role will shape a scalable, market-competitive compensation framework that supports a high-growth, international organisation.</p> <p>This is a strategic role with a strong execution focus. You will ensure compensation programmes are not only well-designed but effectively embedded through systems, processes, and governance and continuous evolution of compensation practices.</p> <p></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><em>Compensation Strategy &amp; Design</em></p> <ul><li>Own and evolve the global compensation strategy and pay philosophy</li><li>Design and maintain scalable pay structures aligned to business growth</li><li>Act as the subject matter expert on compensation, advising senior stakeholders</li></ul> <p><em>Executive Compensation &amp; Governance</em></p> <ul><li>Support the design and governance of executive compensation frameworks (salary, bonus, equity)</li><li>Contribute to Remuneration Committee materials, providing clear, data-driven insights</li><li>Maintain working knowledge of long-term incentive plans (LTIPs)</li></ul> <p><em>Benchmarking &amp; Market Insight</em></p> <ul><li>Lead the organisation's benchmarking approach and market positioning</li><li>Interpret market data to inform pay decisions and structure design</li><li>Manage relationships with external benchmarking providers</li></ul> <p><em>Job Architecture &amp; Structures</em></p> <ul><li>Lead the development and governance of global job architecture</li><li>Oversee salary ranges, grading frameworks, and alignment with career pathways</li></ul> <p><em>Systems &amp; Optimisation</em></p> <ul><li>Lead the optimisation of Workday advance compensation modules and related tools</li><li>Drive continuous improvement of compensation cycles and processes</li><li>Balance strategic leadership with hands-on delivery where needed</li></ul> <p><em>Governance, Risk &amp; Compliance</em></p> <ul><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including EU Pay Transparency and Pay equity reporting cross jurisdictions</li><li>Identify and manage compensation-related risks, including pay equity</li></ul> <p><em>Projects &amp; Transformation</em></p> <ul><li>Lead key initiatives such as pay transparency and compensation planning tools</li><li>Support M&amp;A activity and harmonisation of compensation practices</li></ul> <p><em>Stakeholder Partnership</em></p> <ul><li>Partner with HRLT, Finance, Legal, and business leaders</li><li>Work closely with the Global Benefits Director to ensure a cohesive Total Rewards approach</li><li>Translate data into clear insights to support decision-making</li></ul> <p></p> <p><strong>About you</strong></p> <ul><li>10 years experience in global compensation strategy, design, and governance</li><li>Expertise in benchmarking, pay structures, and job architecture</li><li>Experience supporting executive compensation and senior stakeholder forums</li><li>Familiarity with regulatory environments, including EU Pay Transparency</li><li>Experience with compensation systems (e.g. Workday)</li><li>Operate both strategically and hands-on at pace</li></ul> <p><strong>Package and Benefits:</strong></p> <ul><li>20 days PTO + 10 personal/sick days</li><li>Company bonus plan</li><li>Generous retirement plan</li><li>Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Optical cover</li><li>HSA (Health Savings Account)</li></ul> <p></p> <p><strong>About iNIZIO</strong></p> <p>At Inizio, we're a global team motivated by a shared purpose: to reimagine health.
