Requirements:- We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Technician.
- We need someone with experience supporting and maintaining Microsoft Teams Voice and Cisco Voice platforms.
- Experience working within a global enterprise environment is required.
- Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Voice, Cisco Voice, Ribbon SBCs, and enterprise telephony platforms.
