Voice Engineer

Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Technician.
• We need someone with experience supporting and maintaining Microsoft Teams Voice and Cisco Voice platforms.
• Experience working within a global enterprise environment is required.

Responsibilities:

• Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Voice, Cisco Voice, Ribbon SBCs, and enterprise telephony platforms.
• Manage voice connectivity across Contact Centre, Transport, and related environments.
