Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong commercial experience with HRSD / HR Service Delivery
• Experience with HR Case Management, HR Services, COEs, and employee lifecycle processes
• Strong JavaScript skills
• Experience with ServiceNow ATF / Automated Test Framework
• Experience with Flow Designer, ACLs, Business Rules, and Service Catalog
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams
• Desirable: CSA, CAD, or CIS-HRSD certification
• Desirable: REST API and ServiceNow integration experience
• Desirable: ITSM or CSM experience
• Desirable: Experience within large enterprise environments

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and develop solutions within ServiceNow HRSD
• Build HR Services, Case Management, COEs, Record Producers, and Lifecycle Events
• Develop Business Rules, Client/Server Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Actions/Policies
• Build workflows using Flow Designer and Service Catalog
• Develop and maintain automated testing using ServiceNow ATF
• Troubleshoot defects and support production stability
• Work closely with architects, product owners, and engineering teams
