Product Support Engineer

Salary: £26,000 - 54,000 per year

Requirements:

• Must have technical experience in mechanical, diagnostics and repair within the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Ability to analyse information effectively and provide clear guidance to customers.
• Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within a team environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service excellence.
• United Kingdom work authorisation is required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide telephone technical support in the repair, use and application of garage equipment serviced, developed and supplied by Snap-on Diagnostics.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
• Analyse customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Promote additional products through upselling techniques while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on product knowledge to provide informed support.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing information on product features and benefits.
