Product Manager

Salary: £55,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience working as a Product Manager, with examples of taking products or features from an unclear problem through discovery and delivery with Engineering teams.
• Ability to work with ambiguity, engage with customers, analyse qualitative and quantitative information, and understand underlying problems before proposing solutions.
• Confidence working across technical and commercial teams, communicating clearly, and challenging assumptions when evidence points in another direction.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, data products, analytics, or intelligence platforms is particularly relevant.
• An understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and data quality would be useful.
• Experience in a data-rich industry is beneficial but not essential; we value strong product judgement and transferable experience.
• An interest in how AI is changing Product Management and product development.
• Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available.
• Two professional references will form part of the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

• Own the roadmap and backlog for an area of our B2B Data & Intelligence portfolio.
• Lead customer and product discovery to understand problems before determining potential solutions.
• Turn customer needs and business assumptions into testable hypotheses using qualitative and quantitative evidence.
• Prioritise opportunities based on customer value, product data, commercial impact, effort, and available engineering capacity.
• Work with Engineering, Data Operations, and Data Engineering from early discovery through delivery.
• Translate validated problems into clear outcomes and requirements while allowing technical teams to contribute to solutions.
• Balance value, complexity, speed, and quality when making product decisions.
• Work with Commercial and Customer Success to stay close to customers without allowing individual requests to dictate the roadmap.
• Measure performance after launch and use evidence to iterate, improve, or rethink the product.

In this UK-remote role, you will own an area of our B2B Data & Intelligence portfolio, work closely with our Director of Product, and collaborate across Engineering, Data, Commercial, and Customer Success. The role covers the full product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritisation through delivery, launch, and measuring outcomes. We offer considerable autonomy and flexibility, alongside accountability for results; this may not suit someone seeking a strictly traditional 9-to-5 environment. The salary is £55,000 to £65,000.
