Power Platform Product Specialist

Salary: £45,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate.
• Experience with Dataverse and the wider Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of Power Platform governance, security and ALM practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, organisational and customer service abilities.
• Experience with Power Pages, Copilot Studio, AI Builder or Azure integrations is desirable.
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-100, PL-200, PL-400 or PL-600 are desirable.
• Experience within a professional services environment is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Copilot Studio.
• Support and improve Dynamics 365 environments and wider Microsoft-based applications.
• Troubleshoot issues, manage escalations and implement long-term improvements.
• Produce documentation, user guidance and training materials.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into effective solutions.
• Contribute to platform governance, best practices, roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives.
