Platform Owner - Productivity Platform
Job Description
Salary: £85,000 - 85,000 per year
Requirements:- ITIL Foundation qualification or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing workplace or productivity platforms.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365.
- Ability to define roadmaps and service models.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot or AI tools is desirable.
- Experience delivering digital adoption programmes is desirable.
- Own the full lifecycle of productivity services.
- Own Microsoft 365 and Copilot platform services end to end.
- Define and maintain the platform roadmap and strategy.
- Drive adoption of digital workplace tools and workflows.
- Translate business needs into platform capability and design.
- Improve service performance using data, insight, and feedback.
