Platform Owner - Productivity Platform

Salary: £85,000 - 85,000 per year

Requirements:

• ITIL Foundation qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing workplace or productivity platforms.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365.
• Ability to define roadmaps and service models.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or AI tools is desirable.
• Experience delivering digital adoption programmes is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Own the full lifecycle of productivity services.
• Own Microsoft 365 and Copilot platform services end to end.
• Define and maintain the platform roadmap and strategy.
• Drive adoption of digital workplace tools and workflows.
• Translate business needs into platform capability and design.
• Improve service performance using data, insight, and feedback.
