IT Support Engineer 2nd/3rd Line

Salary: £30,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
• Experience with Windows Server 2012-2019
• Solid understanding of networking, including LAN, WAN, and WLAN
• Familiarity with firewalls and VPNs
• A full UK driving licence and our own vehicle (mileage will be paid)

Responsibilities:

• Supporting IT projects, including Microsoft 365 and Azure migrations
• Visiting customer sites across Warwickshire to install, configure, and support IT systems
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, remotely and on-site
• Building long-term relationships with customers as their trusted IT expert
• Supporting the Service Desk with incidents and service requests
• Installing, maintaining, and repairing PCs, servers, and network equipment
