Job Description
Salary: £10,400 - 10,400 per year
Requirements:- We require five GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Mathematics.
- We require good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
- We require good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel.
- We require strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- We require excellent communication and customer service skills.
- We require the ability to prioritise work and manage competing demands.
- We require a basic understanding of cyber security and information security good practice.
- We require a basic understanding of user accounts, access permissions and networking concepts.
- A-Level, BTEC, Apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in an IT-related subject is desirable.
- Microsoft, CompTIA or similar entry-level IT certification is desirable.
- Previous IT support, service desk administration or customer service experience is desirable.
- Experience maintaining records, reports or asset inventories is desirable.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 administration activities is desirable.
