• Proven expertise within ServiceNow ITSM environments.
• Experience working within ServiceNow ITOM environments.
• ServiceNow platform customisation and workflow development experience.
• Active SC Clearance.
• Previous public sector experience.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver ServiceNow technical consultancy across ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Support backlog reduction and platform enhancement initiatives.
• Develop, configure and customise ServiceNow solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with architects and client stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

We are supporting the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) on a short-term contract engagement, providing specialist ServiceNow consultancy expertise within an established ServiceNow environment. This is a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant role on a rate of £598 per day inside IR35, with a contract length of 2-3 months. The role is predominantly remote with occasional attendance in London.
