Implementation Lead - Healthcare Software
Job Description
Salary: £53,000 - 93,000 per year
Requirements:- 5+ years experience in software implementation, technical delivery or project delivery
- Proven experience delivering software installations within HealthTech start-ups
- Experience supporting organisations moving from start-up into scale-up, where processes are evolving rather than fixed
- Comfortable working in non-structured, ambiguous environments with changing priorities
- Able to operate confidently in a high-velocity, fast-paced setting
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility quickly
- Excellent communication, facilitation and documentation skills
- A critical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities and sound judgement
- Highly motivated, proactive and resilient

- Scope, plan and deliver software installations and onboarding programmes
- Work closely with Product, Engineering and Customer teams to unblock issues quickly
- Oversee configuration, data migration and validation activities
- Ensure data quality, integrity and clinical safety throughout implementations
- Communicate clearly with customers in complex and evolving situations
- Identify risks early and adapt plans pragmatically as circumstances change
- Contribute to building and continuously improving implementation processes and playbooks
- Act as a trusted partner to customers through change and adoption

We are seeking a highly capable Implementation Lead to deliver customer software installations and onboarding programmes within a HealthTech start-up transitioning into scale-up mode. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, where the work directly contributes to better healthcare outcomes. The role is based in London (Kings Cross) and requires five days per week on site, with on-site working Monday to Thursday, Friday working from home, and client travel when required. Some paid weekend work may be required during implementation go-live. The salary is £80k–£100k DOE, and sponsorship is currently not available.
