Salary: £50,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Experience supporting, administering, or implementing enterprise business systems
  • Exposure to Workday or other HR, Finance, or ERP platforms
  • Strong understanding of HR, Financials, or operational business processes
  • Experience gathering and translating business requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
  • A proactive and collaborative approach
  • Desirable: previous Workday experience
  • Desirable: exposure to Workday HCM and Workday Financials
  • Desirable: experience supporting system implementations or transformation programmes
  • Desirable: reporting and analytics experience
  • Desirable: data migration, testing, or systems integration experience
  • Desirable: Workday certifications
Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation of Workday HCM and Workday Financials
  • Work with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather and translate business requirements
  • Support system configuration, business process design, and testing
  • Assist with data migration, validation, and data quality activities
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics
  • Support security, governance, and access control processes
  • Work with implementation partners on integrations and system enhancements
  • Create documentation and support user adoption initiatives
  • Provide ongoing system support and continuous improvement following go-live
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the user experience

We are an established construction and property consultancy undertaking a significant digital transformation programme and are seeking a Workday Systems Analyst to help shape the design, configuration, and adoption of Workday HCM and Workday Financials across our organisation. This is a rare opportunity to join at the beginning of a major Workday journey and grow into a key internal subject matter expert. You will work closely with HR, Finance, IT, and external implementation partners. The role is hybrid, with locations in Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, and Nottingham.
