Senior Project Manager - ServiceNow

Requirements:

• A recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, APMP, ISEB or equivalent
• Strong experience delivering complex technology, transformation or implementation projects with ServiceNow specifically
• Excellent planning, project controls and project governance skills, including MS Project or equivalent
• Proven experience managing resources, costs, risks and dependencies
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including third party suppliers and subcontractors, with the ability to influence senior leadership
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and competing priorities
• SC clearance is beneficial to speed up onboarding
• Previous project management experience within government

Responsibilities:

• Support and deputise for the Programme Director during a period of transformation
• Own the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow initiatives
• Lead ServiceNow delivery across ITSM, ITOM, EAM, FSM and CSM
• Drive integration with enterprise systems, tools and data
• Bring technology and business change together to deliver lasting adoption
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, suppliers and stakeholders
• Keep delivery on track across scope, cost, resources, risks and dependencies
• Ensure new capabilities are ready for launch, support and business adoption
• Manage senior stakeholders and provide clear, confident reporting to programme leadership
• Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep momentum and minimise disruption
• Support wider digital transformation and continuous improvement

We are Network IT, supporting our client through a period of transformation on a 12-month ServiceNow Senior Project Manager engagement. This is an outside IR35 contract based in Milton Keynes or London, with hybrid working requiring 3 days onsite. The role focuses on delivering ServiceNow-related workstreams across service transformation, working closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, service operations and third-party suppliers to drive positive change through technology.
