ERP Configuration Analyst
Job Description
Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year
Requirements:- Experience supporting and enhancing business applications in a Finance, Commercial, Construction or ERP environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central.
- Proven experience delivering system changes through configuration rather than software development.
- Experience managing and delivering user stories and change requests.
- Strong understanding of system testing, release management and deployment activities.
- Experience working closely with business users and translating requirements into practical solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Desirable: housebuilding or construction industry experience.
- Desirable: experience with Finance and Commercial systems such as Evision, Causeway, COINS or IFS.
- Desirable: Agile delivery experience, including sprint planning, backlog management and user story delivery.
- Desirable: experience supporting large-scale ERP or business transformation programmes.
- Deliver enhancements and system changes across Finance, Commercial, Construction and Land platforms.
- Configure applications to meet business requirements and improve user experience.
- Manage user stories through the full lifecycle, from requirement to deployment.
- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement and prioritisation activities.
- Coordinate testing and release activities with business and technical teams.
- Work with third-party suppliers to deliver configuration changes, fixes and enhancements.
- Act as a key contact for business users across Homebuilding functions, troubleshooting issues and identifying root causes.
- Recommend and implement improvements to business processes and system usage.
- Support the delivery of the Homebuilding Platform transformation programme through system configuration, setup, design and testing.

This is a hybrid role based in Edinburgh and sits inside IR35 at £400 per day. You will play a hands-on role in delivering change through system configuration and process improvement while contributing to our future Homebuilding Platform programme.
