ERP Configuration Analyst

Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience supporting and enhancing business applications in a Finance, Commercial, Construction or ERP environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central.
• Proven experience delivering system changes through configuration rather than software development.
• Experience managing and delivering user stories and change requests.
• Strong understanding of system testing, release management and deployment activities.
• Experience working closely with business users and translating requirements into practical solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Desirable: housebuilding or construction industry experience.
• Desirable: experience with Finance and Commercial systems such as Evision, Causeway, COINS or IFS.
• Desirable: Agile delivery experience, including sprint planning, backlog management and user story delivery.
• Desirable: experience supporting large-scale ERP or business transformation programmes.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver enhancements and system changes across Finance, Commercial, Construction and Land platforms.
• Configure applications to meet business requirements and improve user experience.
• Manage user stories through the full lifecycle, from requirement to deployment.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement and prioritisation activities.
• Coordinate testing and release activities with business and technical teams.
• Work with third-party suppliers to deliver configuration changes, fixes and enhancements.
• Act as a key contact for business users across Homebuilding functions, troubleshooting issues and identifying root causes.
• Recommend and implement improvements to business processes and system usage.
• Support the delivery of the Homebuilding Platform transformation programme through system configuration, setup, design and testing.

This is a hybrid role based in Edinburgh and sits inside IR35 at £400 per day.
