Junior AV Engineer

Salary: £26,000 - 32,000 per year

Requirements:

• Previous AV installation, electrical, or structured cabling experience is preferred
• Strong practical and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn
• Comfortable working on customer sites and in live environments
• Full UK driving licence
• ECS/CSCS card and Enhanced DBS, or a willingness to obtain them

Responsibilities:

• Assist with AV installations across education and commercial environments
• Support the installation, termination, and testing of AV systems
• Work alongside our Lead Engineer on site-based projects
• Maintain high installation standards and safe working practices
• Travel throughout the Midlands with occasional overnight stays
