3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer

Salary: £42,000 - 47,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience managing and configuring virtualised server environments
• Experience administering Windows Servers, desktop operating systems, Active Directory, and Group Policies
• Strong networking skills, including routers, switches, firewalls, VLANs, and IP routing
• Experience supporting cloud-based Microsoft Office 365 email environments
• Must be willing to perform out-of-hours maintenance when needed
• Must already have the right to work in the UK, as sponsorship is not available

Responsibilities:

• We are seeking our highest tier of internal technical support
• We will expect you to maintain, secure, and innovate our core infrastructure
• We will rely on you to manage and configure our virtualised server environments
• You will administer our Windows Server, desktop OS, Active Directory, and Group Policy environments
• You will configure and troubleshoot our routers, switches, firewalls, VLANs, and IP routing
• You will support our Microsoft Office 365 email environment
• You will work fully on-site at our Norwich City Centre office
