ERP Systems Developer

Salary: £50,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong SQL development experience, including stored procedures and performance tuning
• Experience with Crystal Reports
• Strong experience working with Epicor BisTrack ERP is preferable; experience with comparable ERP or MRP products may also be considered
• Comfortable working in legacy environments and improving existing solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the development of data and reporting systems that support complex business operations
• Improve data accessibility and simplify reporting structures
• Enhance operational decision-making
• Modernise legacy environments and bring structure and clarity to complex systems
• Define and deliver a long-term modernisation roadmap
• Work closely with technical and business stakeholders
• Act as the sole Systems Specialist, supporting the wider support and IT teams
