Tasks

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance the company's presence on Google Maps and drive customer inquiries for local service providers in Germany.
• Coordinate with the SEO team to optimize local search strategies, ensuring clients are consistently ranked in the top 3 positions within 90 days.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
• Oversee and manage marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media outreach, and digital advertising, to boost client visibility and engagement.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve measurable, sustainable results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing management, preferably within the marketing services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing Local SEO strategies and improving search engine rankings.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a small team.
