We are a small yet impactful team of 1-10 employees dedicated to driving local service providers in Germany to success by harnessing the power of Google Maps. With our expertise in Local SEO and strategic planning, we ensure businesses achieve a top-three ranking within 90 days, delivering measurable and sustainable results. As our Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing marketing strategies that elevate our clients' online presence and customer engagement. You will work closely with a passionate team committed to excellence and innovation. Tasks
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance the company's presence on Google Maps and drive customer inquiries for local service providers in Germany.
- Coordinate with the SEO team to optimize local search strategies, ensuring clients are consistently ranked in the top 3 positions within 90 days.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
- Oversee and manage marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media outreach, and digital advertising, to boost client visibility and engagement.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve measurable, sustainable results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing management, preferably within the marketing services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing Local SEO strategies and improving search engine rankings.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a small team.
