Du bist der operative Motor der Geschäftsführung und stellst sicher, dass das Unternehmen regulatorisch und organisatorisch auf Kurs bleibt.

Aufgaben

  • Strategische und operative Entlastung der Geschäftsführung im Tagesgeschäft.
  • Operative Begleitung und Umsetzung der regulatorischen Anforderungen (DORA).
  • Aufbau und Optimierung interner Prozesse zwischen Business, Tech und Legal.
  • Koordination wichtiger Projekte und Sicherstellung der Bankenfähigkeit.

Qualifikation

  • Du hast gelernt, komplexe Themen schnell zu durchdringen und umzusetzen.
  • Du bist ein Macher, der nicht nur Konzepte schreibt, sondern sie auch implementiert.
  • Du hast keine Scheu vor DORA und komplexen Richtlinien.
  • Extrem strukturiert, analytisch und loyal gegenüber der Geschäftsführung.
