Du bist der operative Motor der Geschäftsführung und stellst sicher, dass das Unternehmen regulatorisch und organisatorisch auf Kurs bleibt.
Aufgaben
- Strategische und operative Entlastung der Geschäftsführung im Tagesgeschäft.
- Operative Begleitung und Umsetzung der regulatorischen Anforderungen (DORA).
- Aufbau und Optimierung interner Prozesse zwischen Business, Tech und Legal.
- Koordination wichtiger Projekte und Sicherstellung der Bankenfähigkeit.
Qualifikation
- Du hast gelernt, komplexe Themen schnell zu durchdringen und umzusetzen.
- Du bist ein Macher, der nicht nur Konzepte schreibt, sondern sie auch implementiert.
- Du hast keine Scheu vor DORA und komplexen Richtlinien.
- Extrem strukturiert, analytisch und loyal gegenüber der Geschäftsführung.
