Technical Product Manager

Salary: £75,000 - 85,000 per year

Requirements:

• We need experience managing technical software products in a technical environment.
• We need experience with product strategy and roadmap ownership.
• We need experience with customer discovery and requirements gathering.
• We need experience working in Agile software development.
• We need experience working closely with software engineering teams.
• We need experience managing relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• We need experience presenting product direction and influencing decision-makers.
• Experience in cyber security, secure software, defence, government, or other highly regulated industries would be beneficial, but is not essential.
• You must be eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance.

Responsibilities:

• We define and evolve product strategy across a growing software portfolio.
• We work directly with customers to understand business challenges and future requirements.
• We own product roadmaps and help shape long-term investment priorities.
• We translate high-level customer and business requirements into deliverable work for engineering teams.
• We work closely with Product Owners, Technical Architects, and Delivery Managers throughout the product lifecycle.
• We support product releases and ensure successful delivery of new capabilities.
• We develop compelling value propositions across software, professional services, and managed services.
• We work alongside Marketing to support product launches, messaging, and promotional activity.
• We monitor competitor products and emerging technologies to help inform future product direction.
• We act as an advocate for the product portfolio, both internally and externally.
