Senior M365 Developer
Job Description
Salary: £55,000 - 55,000 per year
Requirements:- We are looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Developer with extensive experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365.
- We need strong knowledge of Dataverse, SharePoint Framework, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure services.
- You should have experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, Power Fx, HTML, and CSS.
- We require proven experience integrating third-party systems via APIs.
- You should understand security, compliance, and governance within Microsoft 365 environments.
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments is required.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
- We design and develop applications using Power Apps, including canvas and model-driven apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- We integrate Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint and Teams, as well as external systems via APIs and Azure services.
- We ensure our solutions meet security, compliance, and data protection standards.
- We monitor performance and maintain robust documentation.
- We implement DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and environment management.
- We provide technical guidance to stakeholders and translate business requirements into solutions.
- We mentor junior developers and support best practice adoption.
- We identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
- We stay up to date with emerging technologies, including AI and Copilot capabilities.

We are a leading not-for-profit organisation based across the North West, and we are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Developer to join us on a permanent basis during a period of digital transformation. This is a hybrid role with 2 days in the office per week.
