Technical Architect - Oracle CCS

Salary: £39,000 - 79,000 per year

Requirements:

• We have at least 5 years experience delivering Oracle CCS solutions.
• We have strong knowledge of Oracle CC&B and Advanced Metering.
• We have experience in architecture, solution design, or technical leadership roles.
• We have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• We have proven experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
• We have a strong understanding of integration and cloud technologies, ideally AWS.
• We have experience working within Agile environments.
• Desirable: We have knowledge of SQL, Python, Java, or C#.
• Desirable: We have utilities sector experience, particularly within water.
• Desirable: We have experience with regulatory reporting requirements.

Responsibilities:

• We lead the architecture and design of Oracle CCS solutions.
• We translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• We define and maintain architecture standards, patterns, and best practices.
• We collaborate with stakeholders from concept through to delivery.
• We guide and mentor technical teams and architects.
• We support platform integrations across the wider technology landscape.
• We drive continuous improvement, innovation, and platform optimisation.
• We facilitate architecture governance and technical decision-making.

In this role, we work on the Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service (OUCCS) platform to deliver scalable, secure, business-critical solutions aligned with future business needs.
