Support Engineer - Onsite

Salary: £65,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding experience.
• Previous experience in technical support, field service, or engineering.
• Leadership or mentoring experience, or readiness to take the next step into a leadership role.
• IT confidence, with an interest in digital tools, automation, and AI.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with PLCs, sensors, motors, or mechatronic equipment would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of Remote Support Engineers.
• Provide expert remote fault diagnosis across mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Support and coordinate field engineers to deliver fast, effective resolutions.
• Develop and improve internal digital tools, dashboards, and support processes.
• Analyse service performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
