Software Developer

Salary: £30,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for an experienced C# .NET 10 developer with strong React skills.
• We would like someone with at least 5 years of commercial experience developing .NET applications.
• We need strong experience in React, TypeScript, Visual Studio, and .NET 10.
• We value experience with SignalR for real-time communication.
• We are looking for someone with UI experience, including Tailwind CSS.
• We need a solid understanding of OOP, Entity Framework, dependency injection, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and SQL Server, including vector search, is important.
• We want someone comfortable with API integrations.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or Copilot is required.
• Python for AI tooling and evaluation scripts is highly desirable.
• Experience with Semantic Kernel or LangChain frameworks is highly desirable.
• Linux and Docker experience is highly desirable.
• MCP experience is highly desirable.
• We are looking for someone open to learning more about AI tools and development in this area.
• We require office attendance in Chesterfield at least 2 days per week, including Wednesdays as a set in-office day.

Responsibilities:

• We are developing new features, new applications, and API integrations.
• We will expect you to support our software development team as part of continued expansion.
• We want you to contribute to a brand-new role within our established development team.
• We expect you to work from our Chesterfield office at least 2 days per week, with Wednesdays as a fixed office day.
• We will provide training and development so you can upskill in AI tools and related technologies.
