Services Developer

Salary: £29,000 - 69,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong experience with .NET / .NET Core and C#
• Exposure to cloud technologies, with Azure preferred
• Solid understanding of service-oriented architecture and API design
• Experience working in Agile environments
• A customer-first mindset with a focus on outcomes
• Confidence engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with TDD, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps is a plus
• Knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Design and build robust services and APIs to solve business challenges
• Create reusable components to accelerate future development
• Develop and maintain automated unit and integration tests, using TDD where possible
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to shape and prioritise features
• Contribute across the full Agile lifecycle, from backlog refinement to demos and retrospectives
• Work with internal teams and third-party partners to deliver seamless solutions
• Maintain clear and effective technical documentation
