Senior MEP BIM Designer

Salary: £36,000 - 62,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience within building services consultancy or contracting.
• Strong Revit MEP and Navisworks skills.
• Experience managing BIM models and coordinating project teams.
• Good understanding of BIM standards, including ISO 19650.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and public health services.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work across multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate MEP BIM activities across our project.
• Manage and maintain project models in line with our BIM standards.
• Support design reviews and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Produce and develop MEP models and drawings using Revit.
• Coordinate services using Revit and Navisworks.
• Work closely with engineers and project managers to deliver project requirements.
• Support collaboration through our digital delivery platforms.
