Senior Business Architect

Salary: £60,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience in business architecture, transformation, process improvement or commercial operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to bridge business and technology teams.
• Structured, analytical and commercially focused.
• Experience delivering change within complex organisations.
• Full driving licence required.
• Desirable: technology, distribution or professional services experience.
• Desirable: exposure to digital transformation programmes.
• Desirable: knowledge of operating model design, business architecture or process improvement methodologies.
• Desirable: experience working alongside CRM and ERP platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse and improve end-to-end commercial processes.
• Design future-state operating models, customer journeys and business capabilities.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Lead process redesign and simplification initiatives.
• Establish clear ownership, governance and accountability across key processes.
• Produce process documentation and business architecture artefacts.
• Drive continuous improvement and organisational effectiveness.
