Senior Blue Prism Developer

Salary: £125,000 - 125,000 per year

Requirements:

• We need strong commercial Blue Prism development experience.
• We need a proven track record of delivering multiple end-to-end RPA solutions.
• We need experience creating detailed business requirements and Process Definition Documents (PDDs).
• We need API integration experience and an API-first approach.
• We need strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• We need the ability to translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions.
• Candidates must have lived and worked continuously in the UK for the past five years and be eligible to undergo the required security clearance process.

Responsibilities:

• We will design, develop, and deploy Blue Prism automations.
• We will deliver business-critical RPA solutions as part of a growing automation programme.
• We will improve efficiency and reduce manual effort across operational services.
• We will engage with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements.
• We will translate requirements into effective and scalable automation solutions.
• We will contribute to multiple automation builds within our immediate project pipeline.

We are a large public sector organisation building a growing enterprise automation capability. This is a senior Blue Prism contract role offering £500 per day inside IR35, with a 9–12 month duration and predominantly remote working. We have a strong pipeline of work already identified and multiple automation builds planned, giving you the opportunity to make an immediate impact within our automation team while supporting critical operational services.
