Release Analyst (SIAM)
Job Description
Salary: £35,000 - 41,000 per year
Requirements:- Experience in a Release Analyst, Release Coordinator, Change & Release, or Release Manager role
- Strong understanding of Release and Change Management processes
- Experience working in a multi-supplier or outsourced environment
- Knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to undergo SC clearance, as required for the client
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools is desirable
- SIAM (Service Integration and Management) experience is desirable
- ITIL certification is desirable
- Experience in large enterprise environments is desirable
- Coordinate end-to-end release activities across multiple suppliers and teams
- Maintain release schedules, calendars, and deployment plans
- Support Change Management processes and CAB activities
- Identify and manage release risks, dependencies, and conflicts
- Maintain release governance, documentation, and reporting
- Liaise between technical teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders
