Lead DevOps Engineer
Job Description
Salary: £90,000 - 90,000 per year
Requirements:- Experience of leading and supporting Engineers in multi-disciplinary teams in an agile environment
- Significant experience of version control systems such as git with GitLab CI or Jenkins
- Significant experience of building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Significant experience of Infrastructure-as-code and configuration for one or more cloud providers
- Experience of containerisation and container orchestration
- Proficiency in multiple scripting and/or programming languages (e.g. Bash, Python)
- Significant experience with the full life cycle of Azure cloud-based platforms and applications from design to production
- Lead and set the strategy for building our products and applications
- Collaborate with researchers, testers, architects, analysts, and designers as part of multi-functional agile delivery teams
- Participate in our supportive Engineering community of practice
- Share knowledge and best practices with the wider organisation
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge infrastructure and development technologies
