Lead DevOps Engineer

Salary: £90,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience of leading and supporting Engineers in multi-disciplinary teams in an agile environment
• Significant experience of version control systems such as git with GitLab CI or Jenkins
• Significant experience of building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Significant experience of Infrastructure-as-code and configuration for one or more cloud providers
• Experience of containerisation and container orchestration
• Proficiency in multiple scripting and/or programming languages (e.g. Bash, Python)
• Significant experience with the full life cycle of Azure cloud-based platforms and applications from design to production

• Lead and set the strategy for building our products and applications
• Collaborate with researchers, testers, architects, analysts, and designers as part of multi-functional agile delivery teams
• Participate in our supportive Engineering community of practice
• Share knowledge and best practices with the wider organisation
• Drive the adoption of cutting-edge infrastructure and development technologies
