IT Support Engineer

Salary: £33,500 - 35,500 per year

Requirements:

• Happy to work in our Cambridge office 5 days per week
• Previous experience in a 1st/2nd line support role
• Experience working in a Windows environment
• Knowledge of O365, Active Directory, Windows Server, and networking
• Proactive, sociable, and professional approach
• Excellent communication skills
• Already located in the Cambridge area with the full right to work in the UK

Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for IT-related questions and issues
• Provide 1st to 3rd line IT support
• Own the new user lifecycle
• Get involved in infrastructure and security projects
• Support the maintenance of our network
• Provide desktop support
