Graduate IT Support Analyst

Salary: £26,500 - 29,000 per year

Requirements:

• A degree in a technology or business-related subject
• Strong IT skills and confidence learning new systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• At least one years work experience
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, as the location is not easily accessible by public transport
• Experience in construction or manufacturing is an advantage, but not essential
• You must be eligible to work in the UK

Responsibilities:

• Provide phone-based and online customer support
• Log and manage support tickets using HubSpot
• Support and coordinate new client implementation projects
• Assist with system setup, onboarding and user training
• Test new software features and report findings
• Support internal processes and project delivery
• Provide general administration and team support
