Cyber Software Engineer
Job Description
Salary: £80,000 - 80,000 per year
Requirements:- Strong experience with at least one programming language such as C++, Java, or C#.
- Experience with scripting languages including Python, JavaScript, Perl, or PowerShell.
- Understanding of software development practices including unit testing, CI/CD, source control, and debugging.
- Knowledge of operating systems and core computing principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- A strong interest in cybersecurity and secure software development.
- Must be eligible for UK SC and DV Clearance.
- Design, develop, test, and document secure software solutions.
- Apply secure development practices throughout the software lifecycle.
- Contribute to peer reviews, technical collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
- Identify vulnerabilities and implement effective security mitigations.
- Work with emerging technologies and programming languages to deliver innovative solutions.
