Business Analyst
Job Description
Salary: £45,000 - 60,000 per year
Requirements:- Well-developed experience of requirement gathering, ideation, and documentation of platforms and applications, including entity diagrams and relevant frameworks to identify functional and non-functional requirements
- IT project experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between IT and business (non-technical) stakeholders
- Experience of working within the UK Defence sector and/or Military
- Current active SC level security clearance
- Support project delivery for our Defence customers through our Business Analysis capability
- Gather, ideate, and document requirements for platforms and applications
- Produce entity diagrams and use relevant frameworks to identify functional and non-functional requirements
- Work across IT and business stakeholders to translate needs and expectations
- Support deployment of technology platforms and applications in secure and/or regulated environments

We are seeking a permanent Business Analyst to support project delivery for our Defence customers. The role is based in Farnborough with hybrid working of 2-3 days per week onsite, and current active SC level security clearance is required due to the nature of our work. Through our Business Analysis & PMO Practice, we deliver project and programme outcomes through a blend of Talent, Consultancy, and Project Solutions, with a focus on technology-enabled change and transformation across the UK.
